Page Week

  1. Are you interested in meeting legislative officials who influence current policy/laws?

  2. Are you willing to live with a host family in Raleigh 

  3. Are you doing well academically in school?

  4. Are you able to get recommendation letters to serve as a Legislative Page?

  5. Are you willing to work hard to represent other young people in foster care?

  6. Are you between the ages of 15 and 18 or currently in the high school? (Rising 9th graders are not eligible). 

  7. Are you open to an experience that will change your life?

Applications for the Senate Page Program are available by sending a request to: sayso@ilrinc.com or by calling Carmelita Coleman Program Coordinator at 800-820-0001.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SAYSO OFFICE BY January 31st 2017!

NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

FINAL ACCEPTANCE INTO THE  SAYSO PAGE PROGRAM IS DETERMINED BY SAYSO’S ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF.

NOTE: Space is extremely limited for this year as we only have a VERY few slots available to us in the House Page Program & the Senate Page Program. 

The NC General Assembly House, Senate & Governor’s Page Programs are available to you outside of this specific SaySo Page Week.  SaySo does sponsor (1) week per legislative session, however if you are interested in serving as a Legislative Page you may independently apply & do so.  Speak with your Links Coordinator or Foster Parent about this opportunity.
