1. Must have reliable transportation
2. Age: 18-26
3. High school diploma or GED if involved in additional educational training
4. Email address and cell phone required
5. Respond within 24 hours to messages/emails
6. Access to computer and the ability to use MS Word and Excel.
7. Currently is, or was in foster care as a teenager
8. Must pass a background check with no criminal record that would prevent one from working with foster youths or the Division of Social Services
9. Must attend a two day job training facilitated by Independent Living Resources, Inc. (SaySo Executive Director and Program Coordinator)
   
10. Attend quarterly one day meetings at SaySo/ILR office facilitated by SaySo Executive Director and Program Coordinator (4 days per year)
11. Attend SaySo Saturday, Regional LINK-UP (1), and SaySo Orientation (5 days per year)
12. Provide all required reports to ILR monthly (12 hours per year/1 hour per month)
13. Participate actively and constructively in all work activities such as publishing something on the website at least every 4 months (we will teach you how to do this!)

1. Daily rate($75) for:
   • SaySo conferences (LINK-UP, SaySo Saturday, SaySo Orientation, etc.) (5 days)
   • Initial Job Training (2 days)
   • Quarterly one-day meetings (4)
   • Other events - Examples: LINKS 101 & 201, Helping Youth Reach Self-Sufficiency, Taking the Next Step, and Real World events
   • SaySo BOD meetings if requested/invited by the BOD(Board of Directors)
   • If event is left early, compensation will be reduced
2. Hourly Rate ($8) for:
   • Speaking engagements. Time includes one hour of preparation and travel time
   • Mileage and meals at the state reimbursement rate
   • Bonus available for helping establish a new SaySo chapter($50)
