It's MY Transition is specifically for young adults in foster care ages 16 & up. It is co-sponsored by SaySo, NC LINKS Program, and the surrounding LINKS Counties. We will focus on LINKS Outcomes. Participants will receive all conference supplies, door prizes, terrific workshop information, lunch, and refreshments.
